At Cloud Vers, we are committed to providing high-quality training services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund (100%)

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any course materials
  • We cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or technical issues
  • There are significant technical problems preventing access to the course
  • You experience a medical emergency or other serious personal circumstances

2.2 Partial Refund (50%)

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • You cancel within 14 days of enrollment but have accessed some course materials
  • You complete less than 25% of the course content
  • You provide valid documentation for extenuating circumstances

2.3 No Refund

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You have completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You cancel after 14 days from enrollment
  • You have received a certificate of completion
  • You violate our terms of service or code of conduct
  • You request a refund for corporate training contracts (subject to separate terms)

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Bank Transfers: May take 3-5 additional business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Medical Emergencies

If you experience a medical emergency that prevents you from completing the course, please provide medical documentation. We will review these cases individually and may offer a full refund or course extension.

5.2 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the course, please contact our technical support team first. We will work to resolve the issues, and if they cannot be resolved, a refund may be provided.

5.3 Course Cancellation

If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course at no additional cost.
